Terms of Service

Effective date: October 17, 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Clans app and website and bluecouchgames.com (the "Services"), operated by Blue Couch Games ("we," "us"). By using the Services you agree to these Terms.

Your account

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Services. You are responsible for your account and for keeping your password secure.

Your content

You keep ownership of what you post. You give us a limited license to host, store and display your content only to provide the Services to you and the members of the clans you share with.

Community rules

There is no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. You agree not to post content that is illegal, harassing, hateful, sexually explicit, violent, or that infringes others' rights, and not to impersonate others, spam, or interfere with the Services.

Reporting and blocking

You can report content and block users in the app. We review reports and may remove content or suspend or remove accounts that break these Terms, generally within 24 hours of a report.

Termination

You can stop using the Services and delete your account at any time from within the app. We may suspend or end access if you violate these Terms.

Disclaimers

The Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Blue Couch Games is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services.

Apple

If you downloaded Clans from the App Store, these Terms are between you and Blue Couch Games, not Apple, and Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies.

Changes

We may update these Terms and will post the new version here. Continued use means you accept the updated Terms.
